Menu Guidelines
Two weeks with a different menu each day to be repeated for the 6 fortnights in the season.
Each daily menu consists of a soup, two main meals and a fruit based dessert to choose from.
Each meal will follow the Australian Dietary Guidelines for nutrition and portion size.
Meals can cater for a variety of tastes and needs, responding to the local community.
YamDaisy will use seasonal, plentiful ingredients and avoid expensive ones.
YamDaisy meals must be easy for a tiny staff to cook in quantity in a small but well equipped kitchen.
