YamDaisy wants to make eating well easy for everyone. How? Through a system of small and sustainable community cafes, which provide delicious, freshly cooked, everyday food for the local neighbourhood, at prices pensioners and health care card holders can afford.
YamDaisy is a not-for-profit social enterprise.
A YamDaisy meal is freshly made from delicious seasonal ingredients, and so nutritious that doctors can recommend them!
Our aim is one day to have YamDaisy Cafes in every community that needs them.
YamDaisy is delighted to announce that Darebin Community Health Service has invited us into the lovely little kiosk space in their reception area at the East Reservoir site.
We will have a teeny tiny cafe with a couple of tables for our customers, lots of lovely cafe style takeaway and, as soon as we can, chilled meals for people to take home for an easy meal.
Watch as this website morphs from a community food idea into a going concern!
We have a bit of organising to do before we can give you our opening date, but we’ll be as quick as we can!
